Objectives
- Unites to all entrepreneurs, professional, farmers of sericulture and silk sectors into a national organization 'SAN'
- Protects the rights and privileges of silk sectors.
- Lobby in government level regarding on favorable export policy making and development of Nepali silk and sericulture farming in an integrated and cooperative forms

- Organizes the trade fair and exhibition on silk products at the national and make participation in international level
- Conducts the trainings, seminars, workshops and interaction programs on various issues related with the silk and sericulture farming, product development and diversification and competitive enhancement
- Disseminates the business information and promotes relationship with national and international level
- Identifies the potential areas based on research and feasibility study for the sericulture farming and conducts the sericulture farming programs
- Assists to develop the new technology in sericulture farming
